REGISTRATION
Pre-registration will save you time and money! If your registration and payment is received in the AFA office by February 12, 2010, you will save twenty percent or more on most Convention functions, and your packet will be ready for you when you arrive in Portland, saving you valuable time.

To pre-register online, complete the Convention Registration form in STEP ONE and proceed to STEP TWO for payment. The registration process will not be complete unless both sections are completed.

STEP ONE: INFORMATION
Please use a separate form for each person. (Contestants must be be registered for the Convention in order to compete AND must complete the CONTESTANT REGISTRATION).

Please review this form carefully, calculate the totals, and enter the amount due Required.Invalid format. You have completed the first part of the registration process, after entering the amount due, click the Submit button. The results will appear in a separate window. Please print or save them for your records. You will need to proceed to SECTION TWO for payment. SECTION TWO will allow you to submit your payment through the secure AFA Store. Both steps must be completed in order for your registration to be processed.

STEP TWO: PAYMENT
In order to complete the registration process, you will be re-directed to the secure AFA Online Store (www.theafastore.com). Please Note: the registration process is not complete until your payment has been submitted. You will receive an order conformation via email, please print the conformation & save it for your records. Notes:
1. The pre-registration deadline for those taking the Certification Written Exam is February 1, 2010.
2. International attendees must pay with U.S. funds.
3. Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing (via mail or fax) before the close of business on February 12, 2010 to receive a refund. Cancellations received on or before that date will receive a refund, less a $25 administrative fee, for all reservations within thirty days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
