Cross off your calendar for February 24th through February 27th, 2010 and make plans to be a part of the 39th Annual American Farrier’s Association™ Convention – the premier gathering spot for leaders in the farrier industry and profession.

In Portland, Oregon the focus is on hoofcare! You’ll be joining more than 1,000 farriers, veterinarians, and equine specialists representing more than 15 countries.

In addition to the educational events, you’ll also gain access to the FIA/AFA MarketPlace and you’ll gain a front row seat for the National Forging and Horseshoeing Competition.

2/1/2010: Deadline for written certification tests

2/1/2010: Doubletree deadline for the $100 per night room rate – the  AFA hotel room block is almost full, so don’t delay in making your reservations! Visit the American Farriers Association 39th Annual Convention reservation site!

2/12/2010: Deadline for the spouse/guest tour – filling up fast, so register today!

2/12/2010: Pre-registration deadline. Absolutely NO registrations will be taken via phone or online after this date.  Those wishing to register for convention after 2/12/10 will have to do so on site.
